Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kit Review

Ok so I jumped on the wagon as well and ordered the Kylie Lip Kits. Everyone was raving about them and as a sucker for any kind of celebrity related trend I just could not resist. I only ordered two colors as I wanted to check them first before I get any other colors. The colors I ordered are Dolce K and Candy K. Two of the original three lip kits. I liked them because they're quite natural and suitable for day and night. Plus I'm more into nude colors anyway, as I think they suit me the most.

Ordering Process:
I was on the website about 10 minutes before the restock opened and I had already opened a VIP account to make everything easier. When the time arrived I simply clicked on the two colors and inserted them into my bag. Then I proceeded to check out, typed in my credit card details and shipping information and voilà it was done. Probably 2 minutes later I have already received a confirmation email that they got my order. I was surprised how good this worked because I heard so many horror stories about the order process.
Then after probably 2 or 3 days I already received an email confirming that my package is on its way. 
In total it took the package 1 week to arrive, so not long at all! I ordered last Tuesday, 7 June and received it yesterday, 14 June. I was even more surprised,  especially it says on the website that it takes about 2 to 3 weeks internationally to ship. But for me, everything went super smoothly, no delays or anything!

Products:
The products arrive in a cute black Kylie box, with a letter and the lip kits inside. The lip kits themselves are packed into the cute Kylie lip kit "boxes". They contain a lip liner and the liquid lipstick. The colors themselves are quite a bit darker than they seem on pictures on her instagram profile. Candy K is quite pinkish and less nude than I thought it would be. Nevertheless it's beautiful. Dolce K is really brown and very 90s but also darker than expected! 

Quality:
The quality is insanely good. They stay on all day! I wore Candy K ever since it arrived around 11am yesterday morning. I wore it to eat, to drink, to work out and even to shower and it almost didn't go off! The texture is super smooth and does not dry out your lips like most other lipsticks and it dries super fast. They are definitely perfect for a night out! Plus, for everyone who loves sweets, they smell like chocolate or caramel! 

Overall:
Overall I have to say I am really happy I ordered them. The quality is great and the price of 29 Dollars is ok, if you think you'll get a lip liner AND a liquid lipstick with it. I would recommend everyone to order more than one lip kit as the shipping is 14 Dollars, which is a lot when you only order one color. 
I will definitely get more colors soon: 22, Koko K, Exposed and the glosses are my favorites!

Beauty Routine

My Beauty routine is pretty much the same every day. I have my few staple brands and stuff that I use every day. 

Face
I start with the YSL Touche Eclat Make Up in B40, then I use the Estée Lauder Maximum Cover Camouflage in 03 for my pimples and continue with the Maybelline Anti Age Eye Concealer in 03 for the darkness under my eyes. To set the make up I use the Sheer Powder from MAC in Medium Dark. 

Eyes / Eyebrows
I shape and color my eyebrows with the L'Oréal Brow Artist Genius Kit in Medium. For my eyes I use the Sephora Eyeshadow Pallet Colorful 5 in Sunrise to Sunset Bronze (I usually use the first three colors for a day make up and the darker ones or a night make up). My favorite Eyeliner is the Eyeko Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner. For my lashes I use a Lancôme Primer and the Bourjois Twist Up Mascara (I usually use a lash curler first as well)

Bronzer
I use the Guerlain Terra-cotta Light Bronzer in 03 on my face overall and then I use an Essence Eyeshadow in Choco to contour my cheeks.

Lips
I use the MAC Lipliner in Spice to give my lips a bit more volume and then I fill them with the MAC Matte Lipstick in Honeylove. 


And this is how it looks in the end! (I didn't use an eyeliner here because I wanted to go more natural)



Beyonce x Flash Tattoos

I am a major fan of flash tattoos this summer. If you follow me on social media you'll know because I think they are super cute for summer. They make your outfit just look better without having to wear jewelry to the beach. So, when I heard Beyonce was bringing out a collection of flash tattoos I was over the moon. I love every single design she made but my favorite ones are the lyric tattoos. I think they are very adorable and cute. They come on four sheets and a cool cover design with Queen Bee herself on it. Rainbow Hair

Hi my loves

Todays post is going to be about rainbow hair!!! I'm absolutely in love with the hair colors that have been going around lately. Especially on tumblr, every girl seems to color her hair in a bold color. I think pastel colors look absolutely gorgeous and if I wasn't such a chicken I'd actually consider coloring my hair pastel pink or blue.
Everyone seems to be doing it. Hilary Duff did it, Kylie Jenner did it, Nicole Richie did it and Gemma Styles did it. They all have one thing in common, they looked absolutely smashing with these bold hair colors.
I think especially when you're on holiday by the beach pastel colored hair will look amazing. I think Bleach London has the best colors when it comes to coloring your hair in a very bold way and I think you should definitely check it out.
For me it is the perfect summer trend that makes you look fun and spontaneous and especially non permanent colors are perfect as they will fade!
I've been following them for quite some time now and I just love them all! On my next trip to London I might actually consider stopping by and go a little crazy (my mum would not approve).

As I'm going to a festival this weekend I was looking for a perfect nail color to add to my wardrobe. I usually dress very dark and edgy with a bohemian vibe so I thought of something flashy and colorful and I found the perfect answer in Model's Own neon nail polish "bubblegum". The color is absolutely gorgeous and you only need one layer and you're good to go. I personally used a gel polish underneath and on top to make it last way longer. Another great thing about the color is that even though I'm not really tanned at the moment my hands don't look even more pale with it. The color shines on its own. I've been a fan of Model's Own since I bought their beauty blender and a series of brushes and this nail polish showed me once again how amazing they are AND for 9.90CHF it was really cheap for Swiss standards. So if you're looking for great neon colors, be sure to check out Model's Own's range of colors. They definitely rock!!
