Zara Shoe must-haves AW15

I've been browsing on the Zara website quite a bit and I have to say they really stepped up their shoe game quite a bit for this Fall/Winter Collection. They are inspired by Isabel Marant and Saint Laurent - my two favourite brands of all time. I picked out my three favourite ones and I'm going to tell you why.



Cowboy Leather Sandals:
They are black with cute little cowboy details. They look like Birkenstock but certainly are much cooler. Isabel Marant had similar ones this summer, which were ridiculously expensive but now every fashionista with a little spending budget can cry from happiness now! I think they are extremely great. They are super edgy but also extremely comfortable and good for your every day use. You won't look boring anymore when you pop by your local grocery store wearing these shoes.

Leather Cowboy Boots:
It feels like Zara has a little cowboy vibe going on this season and I absolutely love it. I've always been a fan of cowboy boots and now that they look even cooler and a tad rockier I cannot get enough of them. Saint Laurent has had shoes like this in their collection for quite a while and as I am a huge sucker for the French brand that would leave me broke even if I had the money I really wanted a pair. Lucky me can now get a similar pair from Zara for about a nineth of the price. Yay! I think they look great with simple black skinny jeans but also with some cool leather pants and maybe even with a dress (attention: just because they're cowboy boots doesn't mean you need to dress like a good old cowgirl)

Leather Pumps with straps:
I think strappy heels are probably one of the sexiest shoes you can wear. Every man is a sucker for high heels with straps and lately these shoes have become the newest obsession of bloggers and celebs all around the globe. Either as flats or heels everyone seems to be wearing shoes like this at the moment. Again Isabel Marant had similars in her collections already and as Zara is always bringing us the latest trends on a much cheaper budget, they couldn't resist on designing a pair of those strappy heels themselves. I think they are very cute and sexy at the same time. I think they look great to boyfriend jeans and a cute little crop top or to a little black dress. I think they are a new form of the classic black pump and they don't make you look like you're going to meet your attorney (not that meeting your attorney is bad, especially if it is a Harvey Spectre kind of guy)

Blogger of the week // Fashion Influx

I love blogging and I love other bloggers even more. They are my newest obession. So I decided to post about my favourite bloggers every now and then. This week my favourite blogger is Lydia Rose from Fashion Influx. She is from northern England and therefore has the cutest accent ever. She is stunningly beautiful and super cool. Her style is very clean and classic but that's what I love about it. She doesn't dress in extremely expensive clothes that a normal person like me would never be able to afford. For me at least, she's the queen of making relatively cheap clothes look super high fashion and that alone is a talent.
Her make up always looks on point and her shade of blonde hair is seriously to die for!



Her Youtube channel is probably my favourite in this whole world. I adore her haul videos but also her makeup videos (she is actually a really talented one in that perspective).

I also love that she's not too famous (yet) as she is really approachable and cute with her fans btu I do think she deservs way more followers and admires like I am.

Rainbow Hair

Hi my loves

Todays post is going to be about rainbow hair!!! I'm absolutely in love with the hair colors that have been going around lately. Especially on tumblr, every girl seems to color her hair in a bold color. I think pastel colors look absolutely gorgeous and if I wasn't such a chicken I'd actually consider coloring my hair pastel pink or blue.
Everyone seems to be doing it. Hilary Duff did it, Kylie Jenner did it, Nicole Richie did it and Gemma Styles did it. They all have one thing in common, they looked absolutely smashing with these bold hair colors.
I think especially when you're on holiday by the beach pastel colored hair will look amazing. I think Bleach London has the best colors when it comes to coloring your hair in a very bold way and I think you should definitely check it out.
For me it is the perfect summer trend that makes you look fun and spontaneous and especially non permanent colors are perfect as they will fade!
I've been following them for quite some time now and I just love them all! On my next trip to London I might actually consider stopping by and go a little crazy (my mum would not approve).

Adidas Stan Smith

My latest splurge where this Adidas Stan Smith sneakers. I've been meaning to buy them for ages but never got around to buy them. I'm absolutely in love with them.
They are super comfortable, look very similar to Saint Laurent sneakers but don't cost a fortune yet they are a real classic and as my style lately has been inspired by the 90s, I think these shoes are a must.
You don't really have to break them in, they're comfortable the first time you step your foot in them. I think they are super versatile. I think with some cute black dungarees they are the perfect outfit for a chilled day (and you look like you arrived straight from the 90s). I'm also a big fan of those A-line denim skirts and I think combined with these Stan Smith they look super cute but also sporty and laid back.
The reason why I got them in dark blue and not the classic green one is that I wear black pretty much 90 % of my life and I think they just fit more into my closet. Plus I like that it's a very dark blue and not as flashy as the green. But which every pair you get you will not be disappointed.

Weekend City Trip

Hi guys!! I love travelling and I love exploring new cities and of course you always want to look your best in a new surrounding but also be completely comfortable. For me comfort is a must in a city because you walk around a lot, you visit many different places, so you need to wear something that doesn't sting, ache or hurt. I I think a great tip for packing is: pack many basic clothes that you can wear for every occasion and then pick some cool accessories, a cool shoe and bag and you're good to go. So I always pack two good pair of jeans (most of the time mine are ripped because I'm obsessed with ripped jeans and as I cannot wear them to work I wear them non-stop during my leisure time. Another one of my favorites are dungarees!! They are super comfortable but also extremely stylish! I always wear them with a crop top underneath paired with a cool leather jacket. I think shoulder or messenger bags are the best for city trips. They're not in the way, you can put in them the few neccessities you need and they also look cool when going out. I recently bought myself a turquoise satchel bag from Zara and it's so cute and so practical. For travelling I do prefer a big bag though because with that you don't need an extra hand luggage. 
For night outs I pack leather pants, as I'm not really a dress kind of girl I think they are the perfect alternative. They are sexy but also cool. I pair them with statement heels, a cool oversized (vintage) denim jacket and just a plain white tee. You can never go wrong with plain tees. As for shoes my favorite travelling shoes are my Balenciaga cut out boots. They are super stylish but also probably the most comfortable shoes I own. In Summer my go to shoe is also my Chanel Espadrille. No further explanation needed.

Hi guys :) So today I got something that I've been wanting for so many years. The black leather Chanel Espadrilles! I have them already in black / grey denim but after wearing them non stop for 4 years, they don't look as good anymore. What I love about the black leather version is that they're super chic and casual. You can wear them up or down. I think they're a bit more versatile compared to my old version, as you can wear those only casual. I can easily wear them to work or to a fancy dinner and that's something I love. AND like my favorite fashion inspirations are wearing them all the time, which makes it even better.

First of all I'm sorry for not posting more lately. I just started a new job and it has been kind of hectic. Now this post is all about my latest and newest obsession: these pointed black and white zara brogues. I've been looking for a cool pair of pointed, flat shoes for ages and Zara, once again, came for help. Pointed shoes are everywhere. Gigi Hadid wears them, Danielle Bernstein has been rocking them for ages and my number one style crush Eleanor Calder has been showing off her pointed shoe collection lately as well.  I've been lusting over her Tibi shoes that look almost like them and also the Jimmy Choo boots, she owns, that also have a bit of black and white going on but sadly those are not in my budget. So when I looked through the Zara homepage a couple of days ago I stumbled upon those amazing flat shoes. They are absolutely gorgeous and so different to any other shoes I own and I knew that I had to have them. So I went into the store but sadly they did not have them in my size but I decided to order them online into my local Zara store and now I'm waiting for them to finally arrive and to sweeten the waiting and to make you want them as well, I decided to make some sets with these amazing pair to show you how I would style them. I hope you like it.
